What is FAD? We are a marketing and management company. We provide marketing and management services to the Real Estate industry. As a FAD client you are presenting as part of a bundle of service provided to the real estate services industry and the home buying community. In addition, we collaborate with a variety of nonprofits, churches, real estate agencies, HUD, and sponsor our own Homebuyers events.
Our History
FAD boast an over 40 years history in the Real Estate industry. While it is a new company, at its core are a group of individuals that is educated and has history in the fields of teaching, program development, construction, project management, home repair, mortgage loans, real estate sells and purchasing, residential inspections, and HUD housing consulting and counseling.
